Nice showing Central Division. 2-8 overall and 1-6 today.

It’s one way. Maybe not your way. The article just assumes weakness.

I finally tapped out of NYY-CLE in the 8th. Good Heavens, that game took an eternity.
I'm fairly certain that at one point, Yanks-Tribe were in the 6th and MIL-LAD were in the 5th and the Yanks-Tribe got a 3 hour head start (Yes, I know there was over an hour of rain delays, but still.)

The Reds scored 0 runs in 22 innings in that series. That's pretty tough to do.

    They postponed Cubs-Marlins.

This is Wrigley at scheduled first pitch:

Better to not start if you can’t finish.

I know MLB controls things at this point of the season, but the Cubs are infamous for rain delay shenannigans. And how can we forget this blast from the past in 2014?

A's CF Laureano is mic-ed up. They are chatting with him, then a guy hits one into the gap in left-center. Laureano chases it to the wall, gets ready to throw and the guy is cruising into second base. "That guy is fucking fast."

Next batter singles to center. Laureano's throw home misses the cutoff man, allows batter to get to second. Not a word by the announcers about a bad throw, but they do comment that he lurched forward and fell down on the throw. Next guy singles in the run. Guy wouldn't have been on second if Laureano made the correct throw.
