Indeed, and the Sportsnet guys can stop making excuses for him any time now.

The Blue Jays, White Sox, Padres and Braves are going to be very good for the rest of this decade.

I can see Berra and Mantle not being on the radar of a group who probably never read and heard more than about 10 words about baseball, but I don't think you have to be a sports nut to figure out that an NFL team that played in a New York stadium for many years was the Giants.

We go through this every time there are sports questions on Jeopardy. And for the record, it didn't say NFL team, it said a team that Frank Gifford played on.

He’s far to young for that body type.

I'd love to see the Venn diagram on "Jeopardy! contestants" vs. "people who are good at sports trivia."

Totally agree, he was in better shape at spring training but let himself go during the pause. Alejandro Kirk won't be anywhere near the majors next year if there are minor league seasons but a guy his age (21) and size (5' 8", 260) needs to find some conditioning assistance to be big league catcher.

There's a whole world of people who don't give a shit about sports, and two of my best friends are like that.

It's only strange because this is a sports-focused website.

Don't know where White Sox are in terms of contracts, but their position players are tough. Just need some solid pitching.
