Couldn't have said it better myself. Funny thing was, I found myself wincing at the beginning of the scene because I just knew what was going to happen. Watching this show, I do that a lot; you come into a scene just trying to be ready for anything.

Agreed. I saw Lamplighter's decision coming. I had some idea how that final scene would go, but I never expected it to be that insane.

The guitar player for the theme song of Rockford Files ca. season 3 was strong.

Identity commercialism has become more and more interesting.

So ... is Parker (the character) a dude or a chick or transitioning?

I'm not sure if that is a Walking Dead reference, but we finally got "A Certain Doom" last night. The episode was supposed to be the finale for Season 10, but it was delayed in post-production for months and supposedly six more episodes are coming.

We already knew Maggie was returning, but she brought some interesting help with her. I actually enjoyed the episode, but the plot armor got ridiculously thick in a couple of places. The show isn't what it once was, but it's not as bad as it had been for a while, either.

Yeah it was. It was nice to wrap up the story. They did a lot in an hour. So good to see Maggie.

    The World Beyond underwhelmed, unfortunately.

You might be overthinking this commercial.

    Not overthinking the commercial.

I'm looking at the social implications.

The demographics of commercials have changed dramatically the last 5 years, and especially dramatically since George Floyd.

Interesting casting lately. And I think Parker here is part of that. The actor is a female in real life. It's hard to tell what he/she is in this spot.

I mean, I guess it's interesting from the sense that they cast a lady with short hair. Did you know they also have people with tattoos in commercials now too? Sometimes, they're not even playing bikers.
