Former MLB pitcher David Weathers 20-year-old son Ryan made his MLB debut tonight for the Padres and struck out Cody Bellinger, whose father Clay was David's teammate on the Yankees.

I'd start Garcia in Game 4 and see how far he goes. And if you aren't going to start Tanaka in Game 2 and your choice is Happ in Game 2/Garcia Game 4 or Garcia 2/Happ 4, I'd just have started Happ and gotten past that game -- maybe you win despite him.

What a turning point, Tatis with a go ahead bomb to turn the series would’ve been a great story, instead it’s LA that snatched it away.

The illegitimacy of these playoffs aside -- or because of it - is this a record for most players debuting in the post-season?
