I just read through that. Those authors said that government involvement in the economy is probably the worst idea since Thalidomide.

 

The GOP is going to ram through the nomination because they can. She could speak in tongues and will still get 50 votes. The inconsistency on their positions between Scalia and RBG doesn’t matter because they have the power and the Dems don’t. So forgive me if I don’t give the first piece of shit as to the institution of the hallowed Senate if Biden decides to create 2 more positions when the Dems have the power. Or decides he doesn’t want to discuss it right now.
