Reading the original story, it doesn't seem like she's really criticizing Lee, other than when she says it's "cool slash demoralizing" about how there are less staffers. Which can be true. It is demoralizing when employees are cut.

Unless she is supposed to ask Lee for permission before speaking to other reporters, I don't see what Lee's problem here is other than hypersensitivity over criticism with its slash and burn tactics. Nothing in the article is false. And her tweet is also true.
