    I really question these doomsday scenarios. If Biden wins, he'll win. Remember, it had to be ridiculously close in just one state in a very very close election for the public to accept Bush v. Gore, when the prevailing public sentiment was "what's the difference?" If you're talking negating a win of 7,8 million votes by judicial fiat, you are saying five judges would be willing to accept personal responsibility for civil war. No. For one thing, what if their side loses said war. Wouldn't go well for them.

    there’s not going to be a civil war. If five judges say “oops someone burned down all the ballot boxes in Philadelphia, what can you do? Trump wins” then people will be mad as fuck but nobody’s gonna do shit about it, or at least not anything that resembles a civil war.
