I’ve liked this kind of idea, though I think you’d have to take the calculations to one or two decimals. I’m thinking of a state with 11 EVs in which the count is 49 percent to 47. Giving both sides 5 doesn’t seem right.

Biden has a solid lead of 50.8% to 42.8% over President Donald Trump in the RealClear Politics average of national polls as of Sunday. RCP’s polling average of top battleground states puts Biden ahead of Trump by 49.3% to 45.5%. Those states include Florida, Pennsylvania, Michigan, Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Arizona.

Nate Silver’s FiveThirtyEight currently gives Biden an 87% chance of winning, odds that have held steady over the past few weeks. RCP’s betting odds averagegive Biden a 66% chance of winning to Trump’s 35%.

 

I'm fine with that. I just used those numbers for an easy math example.

 

Look at the latest “Pennsylvania” poll, my friend. “Drumpf” with the lead!

 

And look to the latest national poll.

“Drumpf” has overtaken Mr. Biden!

"Surge" = 1 poll out of two released today show Trump with a Pennsylvania lead and two polls out of three show Trump leading in Republican Texas.

And the national poll is Rasmussen, so *vigorous jerkoff motion*

 

Rasmussen indicates a +12 lead for Mr. Biden a few short weeks ago.
