I don't know how relevant this is. A large portion of the global population and an even larger group in the US is Vitamin D deficient.

The overall prevalence rate of vitamin D deficiency was 41.6%, with the highest rate seen in blacks (82.1%), followed by Hispanics (69.2%).

My understanding from people smarter than me is that vitamin D deficiency has a long history of showing up as a correlation with negative health outcomes of all kinds, but then supplementing the vitamin d deficiency never shows better results in blind trials.

I screwed my neck up several years ago and have dealt with some significant arthritis since. I use the triple strength Osteo BiFlex with added vitamin D to help manage the pain. I figure between that, the daily multivitamin I take and the amount of time I'm in the sun for work in the summer that I'm covered on the vitamin D front.

The most effective way to get vitamins is naturally. Americans have the richest urine in the world.

Americans also overwhelmingly eat shit diets, so that doesn't help matters.

Was drinking a ton of 100 percent fruit juice before the pandemic. Kept on with it. Selenium too, but more for fitness benefits.

Was that fruit juice straight from the fruit, or processed?

A little of both. Some of it was hardcore vegan product, and delicious.

But pulp is good, too. Juicing repairs a lot of damage.
