I expect 2020 totals to far eclipse 2016 . . . because they almost always do. Every four years the voting eligible population increases by 5-8 percent.

150 million would be absolutely nothing out of the ordinary. 2016 exceeded 2012 by 11 million. Same percentage increase this year would put the total at about 151 million.
