    We had a bottle of white wine as apertifs before dinner and a bottle of red with our lamb chops. That's it. I learned the hard way in 2004 about having too much alcohol on hand on Election Night.

    Maybe I'm bargaining, but it looks like Biden lost Florida by being way ahead of 2016 with white voters but way behind with Hispanic voters. Which should bode him well in Georgia and North Carolina?
