    Biden seems to be running ahead of expectations basically everywhere in Florida except for a completely, off-the-charts performance in Miami-Dade. The hope now is that's a demographically unique area (Cubans) so the bleeding stops there.

    Biden does not have to have Florida, and I didn't expect him to take it. It would great if he did, if only so Trump has to live there afterward, but it's not crucial.

    It's not just the fact that he lost it. He's going to get smoked there. Project out the remaining ballots and it's looking like Trump wins it by 3-4 points, which would be a 5-6 point polling miss.
