Wisconsin not only does not pre-count absentee ballots, but each county is forbidden from reporting absentee ballots until all their last absentee ballot is counted. So there's going to be some huge vote dumps coming.

Actually, they do have an excuse. Their state legislatures prohibited them from counting mailed ballots early by law (Michigan got one extra day.)

 

Pennsylvania attempted to get approval for early counting and the state GOP said, "nah." Pennsylvania is a mess. You have big patches of blue around Philadelphia and Pittsburgh but then the rest of the state is fucking hayseeds, hickslaps and morons. Its the area Obama said clings to their guns and Bibles and then they got all up in arms, despite the fact that it's true.
