    It doesn’t stink. It’s not “becoming suspicious.” This is the vote-counting process going the way it’s supposed to, with every ballot being counted.

    If it comes down to overseas military ballots, that could take even longer because they by law have a later deadline, and states aren’t legally required to certify their vote totals until Dec. 8.
