The clock is ticking on when Fox News calls Nevada for Biden. I suspect it will be this afternoon and it will make some heads explode since that gives Biden 270 and they start calling him president-elect.

AP might follow but Fox is going to be on one lonely island as it seems CNN/Edison research is waiting on Pennsylvania. So if AP doesn’t follow, it will be two Americas with Fox News watchers getting President elect Biden and everyone else in front of the their big boards and election still in doubt headlines.

Since Fox watchers skew lower information, the early call might tamp down some potential disruption. Maybe.

 

A poster at another “site” I frequent has reported that this will come down to the ballot “spoilage” rate. Reportedly it is much lower than normal, which is arousing “suspicion.”

This is just what is being reported.

 

I believe Fox is using AP's model, so they would call in tandem

 

I have been wondering whether Fox News has held off on a lot of states simply because they do not want to be hours ahead of everyone else in hitting 270.

That may also be why Nevada is “dragging its feet.”
