    Delaware, my home state, has a long long tradition of Republicans who were decent folks who just liked low taxes and low regulation. Hey, we were a corporate state in my youth. From Cale Boggs (the Senator Joe Biden beat in 1972) through Pete DuPont (Congressman and then Governor) through Mike Castle (Governor then Congessman and a swell guy who I know slightly). Then they went with the witch lady McConnell over Castile in 2010. Now there's no Republican party to speak of there.
