    I wouldn’t assume all votes would be 50-50. If Democrats somehow get to 50 Senators, how sure are we that Dino Joe from West Virginia will vote, for example, to pack SCOTUS?
    And while we’re at it, there is no way that Biden can nominate Warren or Sanders to cabinet posts. They’ll be confirmed and the GOP will get two more Senators. Can’t do it.
