These suits are so without merit as to mean that if they are upheld by the Supreme Court, the Constitution is a useless piece of paper and there's nothing for the majority to do but to use any means necessary to seize it from the minority. It means we'll have about 100 Northern Irelands in this country for decades, because you know Barr is dying to mow down some peaceful protesters.

 

Those suits have to rise through the courts to get to the Supremes. The problem with that is that most judges require actual evidence. That's going to make it hard to get in front of the Supremes without some sort of blatant power grab. I think our systems can withstand that.

Just once, I’d like a media member ask a Republican what legislation would they support that would solve the problem of media bias.

For the moment, these lawsuits and all the noise around them just looks like a continued grift and the chance to have a grievance to rally around for 2022. It doesn't look like a serious attempt to overturn the election, it looks like a cynical attempt to groom money and influence while trashing the nation's faith in its institutions.
