    Plan all he wants. Nobody of actual importance has to show up. Some might say "Oh, former POTUSs would be obligated blah, blah, blah." I guess that particular gene skipped me. I've gone to plenty of events I didn't particularly want to because I am generally polite, but there isn't a force on earth to make me go somewhere I truly don't want to go. I have a loose relationship with protocol just because someone expects me to do it.
