President Trump: The NEW one and only politics thread

If you think about it, this clown has gone close to 80 years with bluster, tantrums, shouting down people and denying reality. ... and just exhausting people until they give up and give in. He'd do it with endless lawsuits rather than paying for what he owes or admitting failure. He'd do it by calling gossip columnists and disgusing his voice. He'd do it by taking whatever audience he could get and exagerrating, lying and making up his own false realities. I can go on and on with his relentless tactics. He fucks up (or tries to grift), then exhausts people with craziness until they give up, so he can get away without having to deal with the consequences. It has by and large always worked for him.

It's not going to work on this, though. He can't exhaust people into giving up and letting him be dictator for life. So, fuck him. He's leaving on January 20. And history will look back on this period in a more objective way: Some Huey Long kind of populist clown bullshit artist somehow rose to the presidency creating a tumultous period.
