Floyd was no better than his father who was a journeyman (Sugar Ray Leonard said this and he beat Sr in the pros), Jr just had much better protection. Floyd came along at a time when the American establishment needed a black star to sell, there were no others. So they installed Floyd as the fake face of the sport and he pretended to be a great fighter. But he was a protected pretend great fighter. Most weren't able to discern this truth. Floyd's career was WWF. He still wants easy money but he no longer has the guaranteed TV network money to buy off the big name opponents who would take the career high payday to play soft with Floyd. Manny Pacquiao was a real fighter who fought and beat the best in spectacular fashion. Manny Pacquiao saved the sport.

What happened when Mayweather fought Pacquiao?

Mayweather intended to duck Pac forever. But when Floyd's showtime fights (6 fight deal) began to generate disappointing profits, the head of CBS Showtime demanded and forced Floyd to fight Pac. That's the only reason why the fight finally happened. Floyd intended to duck Pac forever. Then when the fight happened, Floyd was caught taking an illegal IV the day before the fight (to mask PEDs) and it was covered up until two week after the fight. Pacquiao had a shoulder problem and asked on the day of the fight to take a legal painkiller but the NV commission rejected his request for the LEGAL painkiller. The fight was clearly rigged for Floyd in that the judges were bought. Floyd didn't do anything special or try to win it decisively or spectacularly, he just boxed boring careful, knowing if he just lasted 12 and didn't get KOed he would win the decision. Holyfield sat ringside and said Pac won. The TV announcers were also rigged to favor FLoyd's style. Everything was rigged for Floyd.

Floyd could have had a $100m plus rematch vs Pac but ducked that too instead to fight bum Andre Berto for more than $70m less. Floyd is still ducking the Pac rematch though he is looking for an opponent to steal more money from dumb fans.

This link has the Haymon associate saying in 2010 that Floyd vs Pacquiao "is never going to happen because some fights are not meant to be."

Qanon is military intelligence leaker for sure. Not much unlike Seth Rich who was murdered for leaking Democrat (communist) secrets.

Conspiracy theorist is a term created by c i. a to attack truth seekers connecting the dots. It's meant to discredit citizen journalists who are exposing things that are not supposed to be exposed.
