Cowboys-Ravens would be played on Dec. 7 at 5 p.m. EST on Fox.

Why give the Ravens more time off after the rescheduled game than the Steelers? (I'm asking this in general. I know you are just sharing the scheduling news.)

The answer is probably television revenue. The NFL lost two weekday games in prime time. At least that would allow the league to recoup some of what it lost and possibly placate its broadcast partners. I'm just annoyed that it has the side effect of helping the Ravens.

    Of course it's TV revenue.

NBC gets its prime time game back on Tuesday (not the same as Thanksgiving, but it's a prime time game to itself).

Fox gets its Thursday prime time game back on Monday (not the same as the Thursday slot, but it's a game to itself).

*And for the record, this is not because of any opinion about the Steelers. I'm a Niners fan: I hate the Seahawks and Cowboys. Steelers are a fun team to watch. But for the love of God the woe is me is really much for a team that I think is just annoyed at the schedule changes but couldn't give two shits about advantages because they believe they're better than the Ravens and they're right.

The Fords had a heckuva time during World War II. They were 0-11 with the Lions in ‘42, 0-10 with the Cardinals in ‘43, and 0-10 with the Card-Pitts in ‘44.

So, they were winless in three years with kinda-sorta three franchises.

    Yes, others are the whiners.

Excellent. More time for the ignorant, self absorbed Yinzers to whine. Ravens and the league have orchestrated this conspiracy perfectly.

Wrong again. It is all about advantages.

Of course, now the Steelers have a COVID issue as well. They just put three players on the COVID reserve list. Defensive en Stephon Tuitt is the big name among the three.

That label certainly fits you nicely.

The next time I imply there is any conspiracy would be the first, but honesty really isn’t your thing.

If you squint just right, Trump is wearing a Steelers helmet at his tiny tea table. And you can see a hookah-smoking Tomlin.
