If it had been played, it would have been played with infectious players on both sides.

This does not counter anything in my post.

Now we know the one confirmed positive on the Steelers is James Conner, the cancer survivor.

Edit: I've read conflicting things about Conner now. One report has him being the positive test yesterday that led to others being put on the COVID list due to contact tracing. The other is that he tested positive today. I also read a rumored list of close contacts who will be put on the COVID reserve list today, thus making them ineligible to play Tuesday. I'd share it, but JC would have to change his shorts.

Right now, we know of exactly one Steelers player who is infected, James Conner. Special teams coach Danny Smith also tested positive. What we are going to see if the game is played Tuesday is a seriously depleted roster, which wouldn't have been the case on Thursday. I write that because from what I've heard, the Steelers will be placing quite a few players on the COVID list today or tomorrow due to contact tracing. Even if none of them ever tests positive, there will not be time to clear them. I now expect everyone who said it was fine to move the game because the Ravens were short-handed to say the same should be done for the Steelers.

I'm sure they have a well thought out plan of action to proceed.

I did not see an interim coach named
    Thinking it might be Bevell
    It is Bevell

That's one less unprosecuted spring break rapist in the NFL to worry about, for now.

It isn't just that Patricia is a former Patriots coach, Quinn was a former Pats front office person as well. The other thing, the Pats were the only NFL teams they worked for.Joe Judge and Brian Flores the same.
Does Belichick ever hire coaches from other NFL teams?
I have to think some experience outside of the Patriots would help coaches and front office types have a better idea about what Belichick does that others don't.

Poor timing by the Lions, as usual. Now they’re interrupting the Steelers/Ravens/COVID debate.

Give it some time. Wait until the Steelers put the rest of the close contacts on the COVID reserve list. Then we will see the hypocrisy fully kick in.

Matt Patricia is one of those rare times you can look at a person and off the bat know they’re not a leader of men.
