I can’t see Ossoff winning but Warnock has a chance
The fact Loeffler’s an appointee who never has been elected works against her, besides the fact she’s a piece of shit

Notice it’s always attractive females they plot kidnapping attempts on and not, say, the Lieutenant Governor of Pennsylvania....

Benign description of Maddox as a former restauranteur in that story. That’s like saying Conservative Christian hero Tim McVeigh was a military veteran and stopping there.

To provide a tangent - The Reply All podcast re-ran a really great episode that they initially aired in the run-up to the 2016 election, Man of the People. The episode was about turn of the century con man John R. Brinkley, a medical quack who swindled people and rose to prominence because he realized how important mass communication (radio) was, and he was a last-minute procedural screwing away from becoming governor of Kansas. It had obvious parallels to the 2016 and 2020 elections. There's also a book about Brinkley, "Charlatan," that I forgot to check out when the episode originally aired, and which I'm gonna put in my queue now.
