    This is an outgrowth of Trump but also Mitch and frankly Newt. It is the politics (or attempted politics) of partisan power. There is no American idea, no greater good — just what you can ram through on the other guys, country or consequences be damned. Some of these idiots actually believe the fraud nonsense (Gohmert, Jordan), some are happy to go along because it plays to their base (Cotton, Cruz and Rubio) and others just don’t give a shit what damage it causes (Mitch and Graham).

    Biden was the first Democrat to win Williamson and Tarrant Counties, since LBJ and he was a native Texan who'd been their senator for 12 years, damn it. How could Biden not have won the state?!?!?
