It's the posture. What is it really about? I've spent way too much time, and way too many search terms to not have a definitive answer. I have concluded from my internet only research, that hands slightly forward for anything other than "attention" is fine posture. But hands OFF the forward hips is not. And the ass thing is perplexing.I promise to get to the "bottom" of this. I don't believe it's a shoe lift thing because women wear high heels all the time without this posture. Obesity with heels?
