I do find it amazing that we only hear of the OBJs and Deions paying players in college sports these days. My guess is the boosters and programs have become a lot better at covering their tracks (getting mom or dad a sweet gig at a local business) .

As an IU alum, I'm less angered about the B1G championship game rules swap and all that than the fact that the Hoosiers can't play for the Old Oaken Bucket (and possibly blow out those hated Boilermakers). And a lot of Ohio State fans I know would rather kick the crap out of Michigan than play whoever from the west division for the conference title. This is a sham of a season.

Looks like Disney/ESPN is going to announce it is acquiring all TV rights to the SEC after the current CBS contract ends in 2023.

Thought that was announced months ago.

Rumored. Disney is supposed to make it official today during the investors meeting.

Hopefully that means no more Gary Danielson on SEC games!

Great, that means Kentucky hoops will be on 5 days a week, even in the offseason.
No, it means Kentucky basketball will be the primetime game 7 days a week for the next 40 years.
