    I don't think there's a chance in hell the Supreme Court hears this case let alone overturns the election.

    There is no proof of even a minuscule of fraud. They are appointed for life and some will serve many more administrations. Trump will be out of power in about a month.

    It doesn’t take much to envision a Constitutional crisis with Trump at the helm. What if he openly encouraged his klan to shoot everybody who they know or suspect to have voted for Biden? Let’s say he anoints a particular day — Monday for example— for this purpose. Such a monster would deserve immediate removal.
    Impossible. The House must have hearings. The Senate must hold a trial — but only after everyone agrees on the length of the trial.
    The 25th amendment? A Trumpist Senate can stall for three weeks if it wants.

    I'm liking this guy more and more every day. During most times, his moves would be regarded as extreme.

    Given the lunacy of the last four-plus years, this is now more subdued than most Friday night news dumps ... and helps hold up a mirror to these fools.

    He's going to be indicted. Ben Sasse even said Paxton's main ambition with the initial lawsuit was a pardon from Trump.
