Does anyone realize how idiotic the Supreme Court being this small is?

Why is our court this small? Because 250 fucking years ago, it was a bitch to get everyone together.

Now? No problem. I would much rather see the court be 300, 400, or a 1,000 judges if they meet the qualifications. That way we don’t have this shit show every time done quits and it dilutes the power of appointing one.

We are about 90x larger as a country now than in 1776. This actually is an obvious fix.

Now do it for the House of Representatives which is where it’s needed.

 

I don't know if this was shared at the time, but I wanted to make sure this saw the light of day because it's the pettiness that I really needed to boost my spirits. I would have added "Ken Paxton is making late-career 10th concussion Troy Aikman look like a competent legal mind" and "this suit should be dropped like Dez Bryant did at the goal line."

After January 20, 2021, the 73M voters know now that in 2024 Biden can always say "no way I lost, NO ONE HAS EVER RECEIVED 81M VOTES HAS LOST AN ELECTION", then can ask the Supreme Court to nullify the vote in the States who don't vote for him to fall in line.
