So wife sent home from work on Monday with expected COVID... works at a hospital. Finally got the work-approved test on Thursday morning and the results Friday morning - all clear.

She was able to stay out of work for the week with full pay, which is a plus.

 

It's about as ridiculous of a point as what you made only you can recognize it with the troops instead of nurses.

 

Parents demanding schools re-open:

Reading social media in my area, this is 100 percent the reasoning. Many can act like it's better for the kids but you can tell they are just tired of them being around all the time and it hampering what the parents want to do.

There are legitimate concerns about socialization and working parents time and so on. But most who are very vocal just want their kids out of the house.

 

That is shameful.

 

I believe the children are our future.
