Same thing happened 3 years ago. League tennis match. I had to delay it four hours because I had to visit a family member in the hospital. This prick started giving me shi& in the texts, I said sorry I have to delay. He kept bitching. We had had issues before. He started threatening me thinking I was afraid of him. I said, Be at the club at 3 and be ready for more than just a tennis match. I was there 30 minutes early ready for anything. And this big coward who had me by four inches and 30 pounds didn't show up. Smart move. We are actually ok friends now, got by it. Won an open doubles tournament together this year too!

It's true, I never got beaten up and lost a fight. I got black eyes, bloody noses, cuts but I never got beaten up and laid out where they had to pick me up. The time at Starbucks in NYC when I was so drunk I couldn't walk doesn't count! But don't try to call me a liar you coward. I won or drew all my fights except that one that doesn't count (drunk).

 

It's my moment of triumph to beat my chest. I took the risk and walked into the unknown, to face off some big talking tough guy. I took the risk. And nobody showed up.
