The pregnant pause and awkward silence after he said that was just perfect.

That will be a great day. Biden has a tough job ahead of him cleaning up this mess. I expect him to be very average and do the job quietly. That will be a relief.

If my useless interest in comparative international politics is correct, I believe the Knesset isn't exactly a Westminster style parliament. I believe it's based on proportional representation, and because in that system, one party getting a majority of seats is nearly impossible, you have to assemble a coalition. Right now in Israeli politics, that's nearly impossible.

Netanyahu and Likud have convinced a significant portion of the electorate that a vote for any other party is basically a vote for Israel's downfall (sound familiar?). The problem is that doesn't make anywhere near a majority. He's corrupt, an asshole and no one wants to work with him except parties that are even further to the right than he is, so it basically becomes an alliance of No and Fuck No and still doesn't get him over the top. I think the center party tried to play ball this time around and Netanyahu basically said fuck you and went back to what he was doing. Basically, Netanyahu can never win a majority, but his enemies can't get a plurality.

The party of crime and treason. If either Hunter or Collins were lynched I wouldn't be too upset.

Just an absolute fucking disgrace these pardons. Read the allegations against Duncan Hunter — which he pled guilty to — how the fuck is he worthy of a pardon?

Mike Pence about to enter the Hall of Former Vice Presidents From Indiana Who Make You Say “Oh Yeah I Vaguely Remember That Guy/I Sometimes Forget If That Guy Is Still Alive” Fame.

The trophy you receive at the induction ceremony in Muncie is a golden potatoe (sic) stuffed into a glass Ball canning jar.

And that'll be what kills him, if he grits his teeth and just stoically goes about trying to clean up the mess.

Of course he knows people are sick and fucking tired of the "president" being a totally endless piss-whining bitch, and people want the president to just shut up and do the job.

But Fatfuck Nation, most likely led by God Emperor in Absentia Fatfuck himself, is going to carry on the nonstop pissing and moaning about everything, and if Biden just grits his teeth and tries to grind through, he'll lose control of the messaging.

Biden himself has to keep the pissing and bitching to a minimum, but his surrogates have to carry on like a Bonzo Bonham drum solo on the theme: This Is All Fatfuck's Fault.
Nonstop. Every Day. Volume Cranked To 11. This Is All Fatfuck's Fault.
