    COVID 19 is nothing to trifle with.

    so they have ~30 covid patients and an overrun of ~12 (although not everyone who goes to the er will need ICU admission).

    so reducing COVID patients by a third would more or less erase the overrun, give or take a rounding error. The math checks out

    keep in mind that my prediction is not mostly about vaccines, which are only one part of the puzzle.

    Possibly even more important is the fact that the US is picking up new infections at a breakneck speed.

    And there will still be COVID deaths after April, just not enough to stop the US from going back to normal.

    There were what, 3300 deaths yesterday, and that won't stop things from going back to normal for half the country.
