Marciano is always great. So good on the Sheild and Due South and Homeland. Always makes me smile when he pops up

Ha, he's more like the third lead or lead of the show's B-team. But he's really good, yes.

Ah, forgot to put that show on my list. We saw the first season when it came out and really liked it, but the second season seemingly just materialized out of thin air - no buzz for it, I'm assuming because people were pretty satisfied with how the first season ended. I'd like to see more with those two leads, but spoilers for the second season:
The whole thing did feel kind of unnecessary. Like they realized the chemistry was really good between the two leads, and they wanted to do "more" of it. Just a lot of contrivances to get where they finally got to.

Full Metal Jacket was released on June 26, 1987.

This episode of Wiseguy was released on October 8, 1987.

So maybe it's just a coincidence or maybe the writers loved the scene in FMJ and ripped the idea for this scene to end E4.

1, the way Sonny starts laughing like a maniac is fantastic and 2, the look on Vinny's face is perfect. They had such a great rapport from the get-go.

    I'm really digging the show.

Enjoy the ride with The Boys. It really does have some interesting characters and storylines mixed in with all the batshit moments. As I often remind people, the source material is even worse...or better, depending on how you view the insanity. (It is also fun to see why they have Simon Pegg playing Hughie's father in the show.)

I didn’t realize this until today, but Buggin Out is in The Boys.

This was the final minutes in part 2 of a 2-part episode. So different and so much intensity for TV.

    Ray Sharkey was something else.

Finished The Queen's Gambit tonight and thought it was a great all around show. It should win some awards next year.

I really loved in the final episode when she gets the call from the U.S. and there's Benny and Harry and the boys, helping her strategize and behind her 100%.

Also I really wanted more Jolene between her leaving the orphanage and the last episode!

    Gambit
I also think a big moment in the series is when men stopped trying to fuck her and appreciate her still and who she is.

One thing the Queen's Gambit drove home: Dudley Dursley Longbottomed IN A BIG WAY.
