    If he has gone full R.P. McMurphy then it's easy to understand.

    But that wouldn't matter in a country that pretends to care about mental illness.

    The content of the call isn't all that shocking. Impeachable offense? Nobody is more amused than Schiff.

    The why of the call, and what led up to it, is the story.
