    I just looked again at Patient First. If you don't have symptoms, you have to make an appointment and you have to fit in a stringent set of restrictions -- i.e., you must have been exposed to someone who has it or you're a high-risk front-line/essential worker. We have some free-test events that pop up from time to time, but they're sporadic and hard to plan for.

    My friend, I have been to the pharmacy in the great state of Colorado, as well, though I do not believe there was any COVID testing going on there ;)

    I've been tested twice. I didn't have to show insurance or anything, but having a doctor referral — not checked by the testing folks — might have been why I didn't need to provide documents. Never received a bill.

    I didn't get tested at a "pharmacy."

    Tested three times. Had to upload health insurance information into a form on the testing company's website once.

    South Carolina 2 times, no cost. We were traveling, did not need to give them a reason.

    Scotland going to strict lockdown until at least the end of the month. You can only leave home for "essential purposes."
