How does this help? You're basically advocating for the Dems to lose now to avoid embarrassment later. How about giving it a chance first before resigning yourself to losing?

Why are people so quick to just be resigned to failure.

    Overplay their hand how?
By shitcanning every single last thing Fatfuck did?
Did it ever occur to you that's what the vast overwhelming majority of the nation wants?

Both Democrats and Republicans always overplay their hands with absolute power. And always get snapped back at the next cycle if they go too far.

I’m a Republican (Never Trump) who wants the Democrats to win tonight so that I get paid with money I don’t need and for the Ryan/Flake/Romney types to make a revival.

On the other hand, the Republicans have been ever-so-subtle, abide by the law and Constitution and show concern for the country's overall well-being ...

Reuters thru 7% has Ossoff/Warnock beating the shit out of the Loeffler and Perdue.

    Stop the count!

Heavy turnout today doesn't look good for Dems, unfortunately.

As slimy as Perdue is I can’t see Ossoff winning
I think Warnock has a chance since Loeffler is an appointee and she has to do more than wear a flannel shirt and MAGA hat to show she’s a woman of the people

What's interesting is that the two races appear to be tracking very closely so far. My suspicion (expressed somewhere hundreds of pages ago in this thread) was that there would likely not be very much split-ticket voting, and so far that seems to be holding true, but I do wonder if they will diverge more and more as the night goes on and we pick up more of the in-person vote.
