    Exactly.

    Before any VP invokes the 25th, they're going to have a long hard discussion with Congressional leadership. I don't thank that conversation was had.

    Maybe I'm wrong, and it was all decided last night- that Pence, in concert with the cabinet, will invoke the 25th amendment today, and congress being absent will drag its feet until the clock runs out on Trump.

    But given the cast of characters here, that seems unlikely.
