We need to at least understand these people. That has been a chastening thing for me.
Rick Wilson was right, there should be a lot of focus grouping going on to decode Trumpism.
Because whether they wish to be part of a society again or not, we need to know what makes them tick- more accurately what makes them so angry.
Let's be honest for a moment ... did those people yesterday look successful to anyone? Doing that business while most everyone else is working?
They probably need to know why people hate them, as well.

Listened to NPR running some errands and they speculated that the real goal of impeachment now would be to prevent Trump from running ever again. Given the time it would take to just do the trial, the clock will likely run out before it does any good. But GOP senators may want Trump to be out of the way for 24 and be down for a move that will DQ him even if he is already out of office by then.
