We now have a running folder to keep track of all our death threats. A couple of nights after the election three different reporters got death threats and also one of our assignment editors.

Someone keeps calling our desk spoofing an out-of-state number, using a mechanical voice to tell us he's going to kill us.

You’re the one who is always running on here asking people what you should think or how you should react. You’re supposed to be a grown-ass man and you’re too weak to do your own thinking and get tripped up by the mildest pushback against any of your assertions? That’s indescribably sad.

If you are truly as simple as the character you play on here, the best thing that could happen is for someone trusted to have one of those Brittney Spears-type conservatorships over you so you don’t sign your life away. Your mid-80s IQ isn’t enough to qualify you as truly mentally handicapped, but likely consigns you to a life of menial labor at best. For your own dignity it would be best to withdraw from the arena of ideas (such as it is online) and live out your life simply.
