Just think back nine months.

Dow drops below 20,000. 401(k)s were still buying stocks, every two weeks or so, month after month, as the market recovered.

The $780 I put into my 401(k) from mid-March to mid-April has already grown to more than $1,200. The mid-April-to-mid-May $780 contributions have grown to about $1,050. And so on. It REALLY adds up when you add all the contributions you "buy low" over decades during various bear markets. Stuff I bought in 2008 has almost quadrupled in value.

10 years for the mail theft. 10 years for entering the Capitol and destroying property. Seriously hope they find the worst run federal for-profit prison for these people. A place preferably where the Aryan Brotherhood won't protect them.

 

That is some serious hair from Christianson.

 

I'm not counting on it, but I could imagine a couple dozen Republican senators voting to remove at this point. They're not the same kind of crazy as the House caucus.

I, too, have abandoned wearing shirts, lapel pins, etc. with flags on them. I have never taken down the flag the flies in my yard because I still believe in America. It was there long before Trumpism and will be long after it's crawled back under it's rock.

 

When Kavanaugh resigns, I'll buy beers here just like I was a noob.
