Reading on Twitter the other woman who died on Wednesday was trampled to death while carrying a "Don't Tread on Me" flag. Almost certainly fake but that would be wonderfully ironic if true.

In many states, if you and an accomplice commit a crime, and one of you gets shot and killed by a cop or someone defending himself, you get the murder rap.
