There was a video (likely posted on here) of a group in combat gear, quietly snaking their way through a crowd on the steps. They looked like a military unit just by the way they walked, trained and prepared. With the distraction types, they were almost invisible.

 

I'm giving you all of the eye rolls right now.

Plenty of people pick that one up and it's not new. I've lived 45 of my 48 years in the Northeast, but I picked it up when I was in Louisiana and still say it to this day. I think, in my case, it was a rebellion against my family members who say yinz. (Happily, my parents were not Yinzers, but I have cousins who use it.)

 

And and they all appeared to have radios.

 

Yes, there are some experienced people involved, but their number and supplies are limited. They might have one good operation in them, then they are spent. Once some of the yahoos from the other day are made examples of, all but the sabre rattling will stop.
