Fatfuck won't want Secret Service anyway, since he'll accuse them of being in on the deep state conspiracy against him, plus as deputized federal law enforcement agents, they'd be required to inform appropriate authorities when he commits crimes.

But Deutsche Bank has cut off the spigot, he's not getting any corporate donations, he'll never get another significant pro golf tournament at any of his courses, the foreclosures on his properties will start very soon, New York is coming at him for all manners of tax evasion and fraud (not federal charges) ... he's toxic to everyone right now for the rest of his life. If he tries to run for anything in the future it will be a joke and the GOP won't go anywhere near him in 2024 (if they're smart, it will be a Pence-Murkowski ticket and the dwindling MAGA base will sit it out).
