As for the others, any president, who has served two terms, is, essentially, unimpeachable because they've already done their max time and I realize that makes it sound like prison. *shrug*
Back to Trump, he was impeached while he was still in office and if the congressional super geniuses, who fancy themselves as 2024 presidential candidates, were really that smart, they'd be working overtime to take Trump off the board, because as it stands right now, Trump's the 2024 republican nominee.
What's weird is Hawley did that when he was Missouri AG when he took the then governor out of the Senate race by successfully pursuing a criminal investigation.

The response from 80% of the Republican base, if you showed them these allegations, would be some giggles and "sounds 'bout right."

The base in her district supports this. The base outside her district doesn't care enough to be bothered by it.
