We burned through it in a weekend night - pretty interesting! I thought it gave short shrift to the victims and too much credit to the cops at times, given the body count involved, but overall, still a good watch.

And he'll happily do the voice work and cash the check. I don't disagree with you, and I'm sure he had his own reasons for taking the job.

The people involved probably thought it was a hoot. It is kind of funny in a Simpsons stunt casting way. Still, all he says is "oink?"

The talent level is different, but all Vin Diesel said was "I am Groot".

Ted Lasso up for Golden Globes best show and best actor and I think will win both.

Disappointed that Tehran didn't get any nominations. They did a great job in S1.

Perhaps you are missing the subtleties of Diesel's voice acting. Also, he does change up the line once, to great effect. (My first sentence was a joke. The second, not as much.)

TV dramas, especially network TV dramas, often require viewers to suspend their beliefs but Big Sky last night had plot holes the bad guy can drive his big rig through.

My dad used to watch Justin Wilson and sometimes I'd watch too.

His cajunese is so funny. If I could create a food/kitchen show it would have this guy, Petey Greene, and Ernie Kovacs doing his Chef Molnar shtick.

Haven't seen it yet, but the one the previous week when they came back from break was bad enough. I thought the show was going to be pulp or a noir, or at the worst a reluctant "buddy cop" drama, but instead its now a cartoonish network horror show because nobody can actually die or get caught.

Also, Golden Globe nominations are normally insane, but I think they outdid themselves this year with noms for Emily in Paris and James Corden for The Prom.

The Globe categories are so odd. How is The Flight Attendant a comedy? Is it because the lead was on a sitcom?
