Seems like we're on the verge of intellectual herd immunity.

We're getting the shot Sunday at church. Lady there is a pharmacist and she's lining them up after the service.

That’s awesome. Programs like that and Laundry Love show that not all Christians are horrible people.

I'm not sure this is a program so much as it is that she's doing a service for folks she goes to church with. I mean, it's bring your insurance card and license, her pharmacy will be billing for it.

But, yes, it is a kind and caring thing to do.

Questions for those who have more than a tele-visit spitball COVID Dx.

1.) If you also have DM2, do you find this has intensified all of the concomitant symptoms?
2.) Are you nodding off every time you stop moving?

It is good that they investigated the hypothesis. There is no reason to rule anything out, until it can actually be ruled out.

Hearing a lot from people who feel like they've hit a "COVID Wall" - and I get it. The vaccine rollout seems a bit chaotic - hearing local news reports relaying that now seniors 80 and over can get it and get information through a "text" or via e-mail and find info on a website. But no live hotline. Seriously, I'm still astounded how apparently smart people don't appreciate that there is a "tech gap" affecting people of a certain age - that largely includes those now eligible for vaccination.

As for the "wall" - I now better appreciate how soldiers during WWII or people moving out west by foot in the 1800s kept moving forward after seeing their friends or family members die. The last year has been brutal.

Unlikely and possible are not mutually exclusive.
