    Whenever Trump's lawyer tries to argue that he doesn't meet the Brandenburg v. Ohio standard. ... what isn't being said (and it is driving me nuts) is that he's saying that Trump isn't guilty of incitement, because it's just like that time that a Ku Klux Klan leader who was wearing a sheet and a hood, and got up in front of a crowd of armed men who were also wearing sheets and hoods,while they burned a cross and and spewed racist and antisemetic hatred, and he threatened the the president, congress and supreme court because he said they were suppressing the white race.

    It’s not limited to flyover state pols. Ed Markey did/does use his family’s place on his election papers.

    In fairness, keeping a place in two metro regions is ... well, expensive.

    Always thought Congress should authorise "dorms" for Capitol Hill legislators and staffers - and you get what you get. Maybe you end up sharing a floor with some members of the other party - and actually have to talk with them. There is enough federal property around the DMV area where you could spread it out even.

    The announcement that the assistant press sec. is gone goes out after the Friday lid right? Long three day weekend....That kind of stuff just can't happen and for it to be a press aide - unforgiveable to be that kind of a distraction.
