We went into this thing expecting the GQP to acquit, and they did. I'm not going to get too wound up about that. The Dems made the case, and they made the R's squirm.

If we have to wait for the DOJ or states to drop a legal hammer on Trump. well, that wasn't unexpected either.

Somebody is going to come up with the goods on the fat fuck.

 

Was it ever explained why Trump used a different legal team this go round? Did Sekulow and Cipollone beg off?

 

Disappointed but it was a lock from the start. Shocked seven Rs crossed over.

Now, full-court press on investigations. Never let criminal trump ever have a moment of peace. And make sure he can't ever run again.

I do hope some nominee in the near future will respond to an R senator making a pointed attack at some past issue or tweet with - "Well, Senator - I was under the impression you were the forgiving type."

You’d better believe guys like Rubio who’s up in 2022 will see plenty of GQP and ads featuring Trump and Jan 6
