One should never underestimate how arrogant Urban Meyer is. Because he so much worse than you might think.

That being said, if he can actually get to the football, the Jaguars will probably be entertaining to watch if nothing else. But that's if he can get to the football. The motherfucker couldn't even survive a coaching staff rollout without controversy.

Wait until he figures out he can't intimidate a player by threatening to yank his scholarship.
Or he has to file weekly injury reports that are somewhere in the same area code as the truth.
Or he has to talk to the media 3-4 times per week.
Or (when COVID subsides enough), his locker room will be open 3-4 times per week.
Or he has to make his quarterback available once during the week and after the game ... every game.

The headaches will return faster than Coach K’s back issues.

Some make the transition because you don’t have to recruit in the pros
But a control freak like $aban preferred his own fiefdom in Alabama
Urbz is just as much of a control freak

Can the Lions suit up their coaches instead of their players?

To have the control and power within an NFL organization that even a middling-successful college coach has, a pro coach basically has to be Bill Belichick.

Bucs thrashed the Chiefs by 3 touchdowns. Still funny.

Something came to mind. Early in the season I posted on a weekly NFL thread the day after a SNF or MNF color guy said the Bucs were legitimate Super Bowl contenders if they played defense like they did that game. I can't find that post now but it's pretty funny that it ending up being true.

So when does the next QB get moved? After the league year starts March 17th? After the draft? I thought after the Rams made their move there would be a flurry, you just know some teams are going to end up either with an existing starter they were hoping to move or a dissatifying replacement whose best quality is that he's different than the last one.

Nothing's gonna happen until the Eagles realize their demands in a Wentz trade are getting laughed at the whole league, come down to earth and take what's the market's offering, peanuts.
